Lenovo ThinkPad X100e Coming Next Year?

There are rumors over the net about Lenovo’s ThinkPad X100e (aka X200e) ultra portable netbook. We can expect the X100e to have a 12.1-inch 1280×800 LCD display. ThinkPadToday guesses that the device will get either Intel’s 1.4GHz CULV processor with GMA4500MHD or AMD’s Athlon Neo 1.6GHz CPU with ATI Radeon HD3410. There will be 3GB of memory and up to 320GB hard drive.
No official words from Lenovo yet. We’ll keep you posted.
