LiveAntiSpy

Posted by: asasadmin In: Latest Threats

LiveAntiSpy is a rogue anti-spyware program, released November 29, 2007. It is usually downloaded and installed manually. This program pretends to be a legitimate spyware remover, but is actually a scam that uses scare tactics (falsified scan reports with non-existent threats) to get the user to buy the fake full version. The paid version of Live AntiSpy is as useless as the trial. Live Anti Spy is not an anti-spyware; it is a computer parasite.

DO NOT download or buy LiveAntiSpy, and be sure block its domain using your HOSTS file.
