Lonely Planet collaborates with Nokia
Leading mobile phone maker Nokia has announced that they are now collaborating with Lonely Planet.
The two companies would now jointly sell maps and city guides for mobile users.
Users of Nokia Maps service would now be able to get access to more than 100 popular tourist locations provided by Lonely Planet.
These are available for 7.99 Euros per download.
Nokia spoke about this collaborative service: “The Lonely Planet guides will help travelers to find great places to eat, shop and sleep, as well as describing the popular sights and nightlife for each destination.”
